Billy J. Marks Veteran Spotlight

The Muscogee Nation Veterans Affairs Services Office is proud to honor tribal veteran Billy J. Marks for his dedicated service to the U.S. Air Force, the United States, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Billy honorably served four years from 1967 to 1971 and is a recipient of the National Defense Service Medal and the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon.
