GRAZING LEASE ON RESTRICTED PROPERTY
Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. on Monday, August 10, 2020. Bids will be opened at that time in the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Realty Office, Tribal Complex, Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
Bids must be submitted on the required MCN bid form. The Realty Specialist in charge of leasing shall announce the apparent highest acceptable bid. The successful bidder will be notified by telephone and/or mail following the bid opening.
The Secretary, BIA, reserves the right to reject any bid and withhold approval of a lease even though submitted as a result of an accepted bid. No preference will be afforded to existing tenants. Further competitive bidding may be necessary among bidders subsequent to the opening of bids.
