The team will be giving away 1000 free t-shirts to fans, along with a special jersey to be auctioned off after the game

Tulsa Oilers to hold Native American Heritage Night

TULSA, Okla. – Dec. 7 will be a night of celebration and fun for Indigenous people as the Tulsa Oilers, a ECHL hockey team based in Tulsa, will be holding a Native American Heritage Night. The Oilers will be facing the Tahoe Knight Monsters, a team from the Lake Tahoe area. 

The fun and festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a pre-game party in the Grand Lobby featuring a live DJ. There will also be giveaways, including a thousand free t-shirts to be given to the first 1,000 people to arrive. There will also be a post-game auction in which a special hockey jersey made specifically for Native American Heritage Night will be auctioned off. The jersey will have a special design inspired by the region’s Indigenous heritage. 

Prices for tickets start at $17.
