NCA 26-058 A law of the MCN appropriating funds to be used toward the purchase of property located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma passed/BFJ with a vote of 4-0. Rep. Whitecloud sponsored this legislation.

The owner of this property is asking for $475,000 for the purchase. MCN will also need funds for this purchase, including title insurance, title opinions, surveys, environmental studies, and applicable taxes, as stated in the bill. The property is located at 4201 North Wood Drive, Okmulgee.

NCA 26-059 A law of the MCN amending MCNCA title 5, § 2-1115 entitled “Funding” passed with a vote of 3-1. Representative Galen Cloud sponsored this legislation.
