Crystal Dawn Chisholm Obituary

The following is an obituary submission.

Crystal Dawn Chisholm (Walker) went to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, Sept. 6 at the age of 42 years old.

Crystal was born on June 22, 1982 at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Frank and Linda Chisholm. She was a member of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she attended church. She graduated from Preston High School in 2000 where she played basketball and softball. After graduating high school, she went to work for Okmulgee Creek Nation Bingo. She then pursued a degree at the Muscogee Creek Nation College in 2010.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Clay Chisholm, nephew, Elijah Jordan Chisholm, grandfather, Frank Chisholm Sr., grandfather, Johnny Joe Absury, grandfather, George Clay Autaubo, grandmother, Rebecca Autaubo, grandmother, Wynonna Wells, aunt, Evelyn Grace Pridgen, aunt, Adeline Janice Sloma, and uncle, George Henry Autaubo.

She is survived by her father and mother, Frank and Linda Chisholm, one brother, Frank Eugene Chisholm and wife Sherry, one sister, Bonnie Chisholm and partner Joey, daughter, Lyla J. Walker, step daughter, Mackinze Walker, one stepson, Micka Walker, nephews, Justin Alexander, Taylor Alexander, Tyler Sanders, Jesse Chisholm, nieces, Candyce Alexander and Adrianna Chisholm. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, friends, great nieces and great nephews.

A wake service was held at Schaudt Funeral Service in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on Thursday, Sep 12 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Steven Kahbeah officiating. A funeral service was held at Schaudt Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Wendell Autaubo officiating. Burial will take place at the Miller Family Cemetery in Preston, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers were Justin Alexander, Mason McClellan, Micka Walker, Jesse Chisholm, Andrew Medlock, and Kyan McNew. Honorary pallbearers were Matthew Autaubo, Jonathan Autaubo, Frank (Chebon) Chisholm, Thompson Williams, Wendell Autaubo, and Cecil Autaubo.
