OKMULGEE, Oklahoma – Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council Representative for Creek District Seat A Joseph Hicks was scheduled for a disposition in MCN District Court on April 24. According to the court clerk, the hearing date was rescheduled. Mr. Hicks entered a waiver of his right to a speedy trial and did not enter a plea.
