Robert (Bobby) Wayne Walker, affectionately known as Bones, was born February 28, 1952, to William Walker and Pansy Potts in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He passed in peace from his home in Oakhurst, Oklahoma on April 27, 2025, at the age of 73.

He was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated high school from Berryhill in 1970. He went on to NSU where he graduated with a BS in 1975. He enjoyed playing chess, bowling, square dancing and was an avid fan of OU football. He loved spending time with family, attending family gatherings and was always willing to help with whatever needed to be done.

He married Ann Pumpkin in 1975 and became a proud father in 1979 to Kimberly.

In the early 1990’s, he met the love of his life. He won over Trudi Webb in a fight and it must have been a doozy because Trudi stayed with him until her passing in May 2022. That’s what true love is all about!

Bobby had been helping a friend and with the passing of Trudi and the passing of his friend’s husband, he formed a special bond with Laura Baker. They have been a light for each other in the darkness with the passing of their loved ones. Thank you, Laura, for all you have done to help Bobby through his rough times.

Bobby was preceded in death by his father William (Bill) Walker, mother Pansy Potts, stepfather Phil Potts, brothers Jimmy Walker and Greg Walker, stepbrother Larry Buhler, nephew Adam Walker and the love of his life Trudi Webb.

Survivors include his stepmother Doris Walker of Jenks. Brothers Billy and Becky Walker of Berryhill, Steve and Kelley Walker of Kellyville. Stepsisters Robin Buhler of Jenks and Dana Buhler of Tulsa. Daughter Kim Davis. Stepsons Kevin and Jimmy Robinson, grandson CJ Robinson along with numerous nieces and nephews.
