The Muscogee Creek Nation National Council has filed an appeal in the MCN Supreme Court, seeking to reverse the District Courts decision in CV-2021-89.
On November 12th the MCN District Court held that the process the National Council used to begin the impeachment of Rep. Travis Scott was unconstitutional.
The National Councils appeal contends that the District Court erred in it’s decision and requests that the Supreme Court overrule the lower courts decision.
