EUFAULA, Oklahoma-Eufaula Area Chamber of Eufaula presents the 36th Annual Whole Hawg Days® Weekend. There will be lots fun and family time available July 23, 24 and 25.
Thursday, July 23 The weekend events kick off with the Eufaula Round Up Club Rodeo from 8pm–11pm nightly. Mutton Busting begins at 7pm. For more information contact Randa Goddard at 918-617-0814.
Friday, July 24 Poker Run Pre-registration begins from 10am-10pm at the Chamber office located at 301 N. Main Street in Eufaula.
There will be an Arts & Crafts Festival at Posey Park at 4pm.
A parade downtown will start at 7pm for children to enjoy seeing all the different things Eufaula has to offer while having fun and catching free candy. There is judging that will happen with the parade floats. First, second and third place winners will receive a trophy.
Saturday, July 25 the day starts with the 20 Annual Poker Run Registration at 7am at the Eufaula Cove Marina/Beaver’s Bar & Grille. After registration is said and done the Poker Run Begins at 9am and ends at 4pm at Beaver’s Bar & Grille.
In other areas of Eufaula, enjoy a fun fulfill day with lots of fun and family-oriented activities that will be taking place Saturday, July 25. Starting with an Arts & Crafts Festival that begins at Posey Park at 9am. A Classic Car & Bike Show hosted by Community Culture Church, will start at 10am with first, second and third place being awarded in each category. Entry fee is $20 and can be paid that morning or early at the Chamber of Commerce Office
Who’s the best Pork Cook in McIntosh County? Our official Whole Hawg Days® Pork Cook will commence on Saturday, July 25 with judging taking place by the Sonic Corporation at 1pm.
Community Culture Church is hosting a cornhole and turtle races from 3pm-5pm at the Church located at 110 High Street. Trophies and medals will be awarded. Sign up at the Church.
Escalated Greens and 69 Grow Room is hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, July 25 from 9am–11:30pm at 1200 Birkes Road. Come out for food, beer, music and more.
There are two very big rummage sales going on. The Methodist Church of Eufaula is hosting a BIG Garage Sale on Friday from 8am–5pm and then again on Saturday, July 25 from 8am–12pm. They will have a big spread at 220 S. Main Street.
Under One Roof is also hosting a Yard sale on Saturday, July 25 from 7am–until they sell out. They are located at 107 E. McKinley.
To wrap up the weekend of events is the FREE community concert at Xtreme Amphitheater from 8pm–11pm. Dale Moser & The Blackhorse Band will be playing. It will sure to be a great time for good music and fun. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the concessions available.
