OKMULKE, Oklv. – As previously reported on April 23, an order for eviction was served on GolfSuites Tulsa LLC by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court. This action was the result of a civil lawsuit filed by Onefire Holding Company LLC for failure to pay rent on the Riverwalk Crossing property.
On July 12 a trial date for damages was scheduled for Sept. 6. According to court documents obtained by Mvskoke Media, Golfsuites agreed to a consent judgment on Sept. 3.
The order requires Golfsuites to pay Onefire Holding Company $5,089,988.17 in rent charges. Golfsuites will also pay Onefire Holding Company $64,100.25 in attorney’s fees.
In addition to these amounts, Golfsuites must also pay Onefire Holding Company $1,022.59 for services provided by Wright’s Heat Air & Refrigeration, Inc. based on a mechanics’ and materialmen’s Lien.
What is going in place of golf suites?
At this time there have not been any updates from the National Council nor the Nation regarding what will go in place in the former GolfSuites facility.
