TULSA, Okla. – On Oct 22, Jenks Riverwalk announced its new partnership with Suite Shots. The golf entertainment complex is looking to open Spring 2025 and will be located in Building 600, the former site of GolfSuites.

The announcement follows the Sept 28 Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council passing of  NCA 24-123, which authorized over $8 million in ARPA funds for improvements to the Riverwalk property. The expenditure allocated $5,000,000 in funds for Building 600 specifically, and $3,503,210 for overall site improvements.

Building 600 had been empty since the April 23 eviction of GolfSuites Tulsa after a breach in lease agreement due to non-payment of rent. On Sept 3, GolfSuites agreed to pay Onefire Holding Company $5 million in rent fees in a consent judgement.

Suite Shots provides a high tech golf experience. According to their website, they offer “Toptracer technology,” which allows guests to see a real-time trace of your ball’s flight path as well as insights into speed, distance, angle and accuracy. Their current pricing, according to their website, applies hourly rates run per bay/suite and range from $29 to $59 per hour, per bay.

The facility will have climate controlled hitting bays, indoor golf simulators, a full service restaurant and beverage menu, and music.

Debbie Severson, CEO of Onefire Holding Company, said “Suite Shots Golf’s addition to the Riverwalk community will elevate our guests’ experiences for entertainment and gathering for years to come. The arrival of Suite Shots Golf combined with our terrific existing tenants, strategic partnership with Rainier Companies, and Onefire’s continued investments into the property, will raise the Jenks Riverwalk to new heights.”

“We take great pride in the Jenks Riverwalk property and want to ensure it’s a premium area for our tenants to conduct business and the best destination spot possible for guests to dine, play and gather on the Muscogee Reservation,” said Severson.
