OKMULKE, Oklv. – The Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council held an emergency session via teleconference on April 16.
The Council addressed the following legislation, the interpretation of which is attributed to language in the bills:
TR 24-051 A tribal resolution of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation (MCN) amending TR 24-028 (A tribal resolution of the MCN authorizing the Principal Chief to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the MCN, Chickasaw Nation, and Cherokee Nation for the 2024 Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) for Children Program).
