TULSA, Oklahoma – The award-winning documentary covering the free-press battle at the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, “Bad Press” will have a free screening April 26 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Circle Cinema in downtown Tulsa.
This event will be held in conjunction with the Tulsa Artist Fellowship as well as KOSU. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the screening at 7 p.m. After the film, a question-and-answer session will be held with co-directors Joe Peeler and Rebecca Landsberry-Baker. The documentary’s subject and Mvskoke Media Director Angel Ellis will also be featured on the panel.
This event is free and open to the public.
